The selected candidate will join the Computational Cosmology Group at CFT. <https://www.cft.edu.pl/grupa-naukowa/computational-cosmology> The research focuses on studying galaxy dynamics within the cosmic web and their merger histories using numerical simulations. > > Qualifications: > > Master's degree in physics, astronomy, or computational science (not required for application but must be obtained before starting the scholarship). > Strong background in theoretical physics, astronomy or computational science. > Interest in cosmology or astrophysics. > Independence and creativity in problem-solving. > Experience with cosmological simulations is a plus. > Application Process: Submit documents by September 30, 2024, including a CV, cover letter, degree diploma (or advisor statement), recommendation letters, and application to the GeoPlanet Doctoral School.
