According to Boud:
Apparently we need to spend 5kPLN of an internal UMK grant
There is no such limit! I called the rectorate - no formal limits. But... of course you can't apply for 1Mzł :) They say that the modest requirement is of the _order_ of 10kzł. In practical terms this means: if you apply for 5-10 kzł, there's a good chance you'll get through.
money/application and decide by tomorrow?
The deadline is 21st Feb.
