Dear Dr. Roukema,
Sorry for not sending response. I only remebmer it was rejected by our Rector. The Dean reccommended 4 500 zl. I can only assume that the problem was that you applied for a computer alone therefore your request could have been evaluated as an investment, not a investigative application. Wish you more luck next year.
